"Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) launched a new generation mobile bank — "Sviaz-Bank. Live Online." It can be downloaded from App Store and Google Play.
During the development of "Sviaz-Bank. Live Online", the interface was completely updated; special attention was paid to functionality and users’ convenience. The application will be constantly updated, by the end of the year there will be even more products and services. The main task is to simplify the life of the client and make the Bank easy and friendly.
"The launch of "Live Online" was an important step in the development of mobile services for our clients: they have been waiting for a new version long. While creating it, we did not think about professional ratings, fashion features, and competition with competitors. We were thinking about people. Our mobile bank has become much friendlier and more intuitive. It has new services. I’m sure will be much easier for our clients to manage their finances, pay, transfer money, and control accounts. Of course, much remains to be done. The list of improvements and ideas is huge. But most importantly, we laid the foundation for further rapid development. This is just the beginning, stay tuned," Mr. Sergey Malyshev, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Sviaz-Bank, presented the results of the updated mobile service.
Those clients who have used "Megapay" Internet-banking system previously, can just login to new mobile application under their current login and password and start working in the new interface straight away."
Retail clients of Sviaz-Bank have long been familiar with the remote banking services based on solutions by BSS. Launch of the mobile bank "Sviaz-Bank. Live Online", created on the basis of API CORREQTS Retail, has become, in fact, a transition to a new level of the RBS which meets the current users’ needs and allows the bank to build an effective ecosystem of remote channels.
